Privacy Policy
Tini Konbini ("we", "us") runs a small storefront that hosts a bundle of productivity apps (Task Pachinko, Breadcrumbs, Vanish Note) behind a single subscription. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account info. Email address and an authentication identifier when you sign up or log in (including via Google sign-in).
- Subscription & billing. Plan, status, trial dates, and Stripe customer/subscription IDs. Card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store full payment numbers.
- App data. Content you create inside the bundled apps (e.g. tasks, notes, crumbs) is stored against your user ID so it can be shown back to you across sessions.
- Technical logs. Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) and error reports used to keep the service running.
- Cookies / local storage. Used to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
- To create your account and authenticate you across the bundle.
- To process payments, trials, renewals, refunds and tax via Stripe.
- To deliver the features of each app and sync your data between them.
- To send essential service emails (receipts, security, account changes).
- To detect abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share with
We share only what's needed to operate the service with these processors:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, tax.
- Cloudflare / Lovable — hosting and edge delivery.
- Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
Account and app data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual content inside each app at any time. Billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls so each account only sees its own data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Tini Konbini is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
