Subscriber Agreement

1. The Pass

A single Tini Konbini Pass unlocks every app in the bundle for the account it is purchased on. New apps added to the bundle during your active subscription are included at no extra cost. Apps may be added, removed, or renamed over time.

2. Plans & pricing

• Monthly: $4.99 USD per month, billed every month.
• Yearly: $35 USD per year, billed every 12 months.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout based on your location. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice; your current period is honored at the price you signed up for.

3. Free trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins automatically and your payment method is charged the listed price. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account page.

4. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the Services until the end of the period you have already paid for. Trials canceled before they end are not charged.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods. We may grant refunds on a discretionary case-by-case basis, and we will honor any refund rights required by the law that applies to you. Contact us at the address below to request one.

7. Payments & tax

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected at checkout. Your bank or card statement may show the payment processor's descriptor alongside ours.

8. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that happens on your account. One subscription is for one person; do not share your login. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or resell the Services, or abuse other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

10. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Services (tasks, notes, crumbs). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it solely to operate the Services for you.

11. Service changes & availability

We work hard to keep the Services available, but we provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, modify, or remove features. If we materially reduce the Services in a way that meaningfully impacts paying subscribers, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current period.

12. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach this Agreement, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Where lawful and reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure first.

13. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement as the Services evolve. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
